At Ampersand, your privacy is our main concern. When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on out mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone.

Ampersand is committed to having the very best customer support available in the industry. We hope that you enjoy your shopping experience with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange the merchandise within 15 days of the shipping date. Ampersand does not refund the initial shipping charge or pay for the shipping on returns or exchanges. 

Items not returnable - All marked-down or special order merchandise is a final sale and is not returnable.  Fragrance, cosmetic items and candles must be in original packaging and unopened for a return to be processed.  Any used product is not returnable. 

Damaged Merchandise  If you receive damaged merchandise please keep all of the packing materials and place the merchandise inside the original shipping box.  For returns of damaged merchandise please call our shipping department for a return authorization number at 1-888-431-0927, ext.8.  Once you have received authorization please mail the merchandise to the address listed below.

On all returns please include your receipt, name, address and telephone number.  Allow 10 to 15 days for the processing of your return.  Refunds are based on original method of payment.  Returns without a receipt will receive a store credit. 

Ampersand ships all orders standard ground through UPS. Orders usually ship out in 3 to 5 business days.

Because some of our products are handmade by artisans from around the world, some pieces may not be immediately available. When an item is out of stock you can still order it but it becomes a special order item and can take up to an additional 3 weeks to ship.
