Delivery Damage or Errors

If your product arrived damaged, or there was an error in delivery, please email us right away at customerservice@ampersandshops.com.  Please ensure you retain all product and packaging.

Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase from AmpersandShops.com.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the product within 30 days. Product returns will not be accepted more than 30 days after your receipt of the product.

We will not be able to accept returns of gift cards.

There are two options for making a return:

- In person at our store in Edina, MN

- Ship the product back to AmpersandShops.com

In person returns:

- Our store is located at Galleria Edina, 3445 West 70th St, Edina, MN 55435.

- Along with your product, please bring proof of purchase from AmpersandShops.com.  This includes your order confirmation email or packing slip.  Documentation must include your name, order number, and product details.

- For gift recipients:  If the product you are returning was a gift, we will issue you in-store credit worth the value of your gift.

- For products purchased using gift cards, we will issue you in-store credit worth the value of your gift.

Shipping product back to AmpersandShops.com:

- Please send an email to customerservice@ampersandshops.com for instructions on how to return items via shipping.

- In the email please include your name, order number, and items you are planning to return.

Notes on shipping – PLEASE READ:

- Please repack the product in the original packaging received, unless you deem it unsafe for return. Please note that we cannot be held liable for product damaged in the course of returning to us so take care when packing your products as much of the AmpersandShops.com merchandise is fragile.

- We recommend insuring and retaining tracking information on your return shipment since we cannot refund you for items that do not arrive in our warehouse, or arrive damaged.

Exceptions to return policy.  Please note that we cannot accept returns under the following conditions:

- The item you are attempting to return is a gift card

- The attempted return date is more than 30 days after the product delivery date

- Merchandise that has been purchased for a photo shoot, or photographed is non-returnable.

- The product arrives in a damaged or non-resellable state

- Adequate proof of purchase from AmpersandShops.com is not included.  Adequate proof includes a copy of your order confirmation email or packing slip.
