Delivery Damage or Errors

If your product arrived damaged, or there was an error in delivery, please email us right away at customerservice@ampersandshops.com.  Please ensure you retain all product and packaging.

Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase from AmpersandShops.com.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the product within 30 days.  Please see details of our return policy below to ensure smooth processing.  Product returns will not be accepted more than 30 days after your receipt of the product.

We will not be able to accept returns of giftcards.

There are two options for making a return:

- In person at our store in Edina, MN

- Ship the product back to AmpersandShops.com

In person returns:

- Our store is located at Galleria Edina, 3445 West 70th St, Edina, MN 55435.

- Along with your product, please bring proof of purchase from AmpersandShops.com.  This includes your order confirmation email or packing slip.  Documentation must include your name, order number, and product details.

- You will be refunded the value of your purchase minus a $10 restocking fee.

- For gift recipients:  If the product you are returning was a gift, we will issue you in-store credit worth the value of your gift minus a $10 restocking fee.

- For products purchased using gift cards, we will issue you in-store credit worth the value of your gift minus a $10 restocking fee.   

Shipping product back to AmpersandShops.com:

- Please send an email to returns@ampersandshops.com to let us know what you will be returning.  We will review and confirm that we can accept your return (please read “Exceptions to return policy” below for a of list of reasons return may not be accepted).

- In the email please include your name, order number, and items you are planning to return.

- Ship product to Ampersand – Online Returns, Galleria Edina, 3445 West 70th St, Edina, MN 55435.

- In your package, please include the product along with a copy of your order confirmation email or your packing slip. (Please see “Notes on Shipping” below).

- Upon receipt of products intact we will refund you the purchase value of your product minus a $10 restocking fee.

- For gift recipients:  If the product you are returning was a gift, we will issue you an online gift voucher worth the value of your gift minus a $10 restocking fee.

- You, the customer are responsible for the return cost of freight to Ampersand.

- For products purchased using gift cards, we will issue you in-store credit worth the value of your gift minus a $10 restocking fee.

Notes on shipping – PLEASE READ:

- Please repack the product in the original packaging received, unless you deem it unsafe for return. Please note that we cannot be held liable for product damaged in the course of returning to us so take care when packing your products as much of the AmpersandShops.com merchandise is fragile.

- We recommend insuring and retaining tracking information on your return shipment since we cannot refund you for items that do not arrive in our warehouse, or arrive damaged.

Exceptions to return policy.  Please note that we cannot accept returns under the following conditions:

- The item you are attempting to return is a giftcard

- The attempted return date is more than 30 days after the product delivery date

- Merchandise that has been purchased for a photo shoot, or photographed is non-returnable.

- The product arrives in a damaged or non-resellable state

- Adequate proof of purchase from AmpersandShops.com is not included.  Adequate proof includes a copy of your    order    confirmation email or packing slip.
